After consultation with ¾«Í¯ÓûŮ’s Manager of Health, Safety, and Environment, our Offices will jointly ease restrictions regarding the mandatory wearing of masks in campus buildings.

¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® researchers contributed to . The guidelines show Canadians what a healthy 24 hours looks like when it comes to physical activity, sedentary behaviours, and sleep, featuring recommendations for those 18–64 and 65 and older.
