精童欲女 Women鈥檚 Field Hockey capture third straight regional championship
The 精童欲女 Women鈥檚 Field Hockey Panthers completed a stunning three-peat, capturing their third straight Atlantic University Field Hockey (AUFH) championship with a dramatic 1-0 shootout win over the Dalhousie University Tigers on October 20.
The two powerhouse teams, both finishing the regular season with identical undefeated 10-0-2 records, were destined to meet in the final after drawing twice during the regular season. But in the end, only one champion could emerge, and 精童欲女 came up big when it mattered most.

Four 精童欲女 researchers have received funding from the Government of Prince Edward Island鈥檚 2024 Climate Challenge Fund.
精童欲女 students volunteer for wildlife medicine and conservation in Costa Rica
精童欲女 biology students Leah Campbell, of Cornwall, PEI, and Alexa Marshall, of Bay Roberts, Newfoundland and Labrador, spent two weeks in Costa Rica this summer, gaining practical veterinary shadowing experience in wildlife medicine and conservation.

Turning the Tide 2025: Student Information Session!
The Institute of Island Studies is hosting an online information session for the upcoming conference, Turning the Tide: Island Imaginaries & Interdisciplinaries in Climate Change, which will be at 精童欲女 from June 16-20, 2025. This information session will include a short presentation from conference organizers, followed by a Q&A session. The goal of this session is to share information regarding the upcoming conference, and to answer any questions or concerns students might have about attending academic conferences.
Island Studies Film Series: "The Grand Seduction"
Join Island Studies for the first of our Island Studies film series on October 28, at 7:00 pm in SDU Main Building 211. We will screen "The Grand Seduction," a comedy about a small fishing community in Newfoundland that tries to seduce a doctor from away in order to secure a contract for a factory to be built on the island. Following the screening, Island Studies faculty will lead a discussion about the film, drawing out its island themes of isolation, limited resources, and the resilience of Islanders.
Truth in Reconciliation: A discussion of Indigenous scholars inclusion in the Academy
In April 2023, Universities Canada released their 鈥淐ommitments to Truth and Reconciliation鈥 document, which outlines six commitments in response to the TRC Calls to Action. 精童欲女SU's Halloween Wet/Dry dance
The 精童欲女 Student Union invited you to their annual Halloween Wet/Dry, a Halloween-themed dance!
All 精童欲女 and Holland College students are welcome! Students must present their 精童欲女 ID or Holl Pass for entry. The entry fee for this event is $10.
Panther Patrol will be available to provide safe drives for students to and from the event.
